ADULT KARATE PROGRAMS
The Braselton Dojo is not just karate for kids – we have one of the largest and most vibrant Adult Karate programs in the Atlanta area. The Adult Karate program, for Teens ages 13 and up and for all adults, is based on the same karate curriculum as our kids programs. But, the classes have a much stronger emphasis on fitness and conditioning, as well as enhanced training in self defense and fighting skills. Five distinct classes are taught each week on a rotating daily basis: Basics, Combinations and Forms, Fitness and Conditioning, Fighting Skills, and Self
Defense. Belt advancement requires achievement in each of these five areas. Adult classes are available every evening of the week, as well as Saturday morning and during the noon hour on Monday and Wednesday. Members of the adult program are encouraged to attend as many classes as they wish each week.

WOMEN'S KARATE
We offer a special program for women who want to try karate but don’t feel they’re quite ready to jump in the regular adult program. In this beginners program, you may attend a Women’s Only class on Friday evening, as well as one additional class each week – either a Basics class or a Fitness and Conditioning class. You’ll be gaining the fitness, confidence, and skills that’ll enable you to merge easily into the full adult program if you wish.
