For a confirmed registration we need BOTH:

A completed online Camper Information Form. DO THIS FIRST! If your child has attended a previous day camp or summer camp here at the Dojo, we already have this form on file and you don't need to fill out another one unless your information has changed! Otherwise, fill this out once for each camper, and it'll be good for every Summer Camp, Spring Break Camp, or other day camps we will have throughout 2024

A completed Summer Camp Registration Form. (Links below) This is a paper form which must be filled in, signed, and submitted at the front desk. We'll check it, take your deposit payment, and give you a copy for your records.

If you're planning on having your child attend Spring Break Camp, any Summer Camp, or any other day camp this year, we urge you to go ahead and fill this out now and we'll have it on file for you!
Camp Hours: 9 am - 4 pm -- free extended care from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
