Ages 4-6
These classes focus on building a strong foundation in martial arts while fostering essential life skills such as self-confidence, respect, and discipline.

Ages 7-12
For our older age group, we provide a more advanced curriculum that continues to emphasize character development while introducing more complex martial arts techniques.
Students in this group develop greater physical fitness, flexibility, and self-defense skills while continuing to cultivate the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.

Teens and Adults
Adult karate is a fun, full-body workout that includes stretching, cardio, and skill-building. It’s great for improving strength, flexibility, and focus in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Each class keeps you moving and learning something new—whether you’re just starting or getting back into it. You’ll build confidence, have fun, and leave feeling stronger every time.
